Rent-To-Own, or RTO, is a Rental Contract that allows you to pay rent for 36, 48, or 60 months and own the unit at the end of the contract. However, you acquire no equity in the unit until the contract is completed like any rental contract.

Our Rent-To-Own is a Rental Contract with no interest rate. However, there is rent that is added in with each monthly payment.

A). Simply call us and we will pick up the unit. A pick-up fee may apply. However, this is still a much better option than traditional financing where you would not be able to terminate your obligation so easily! Trailers could be returned to the nearest dealer in our network.

B). Your Rent to Own payments are a month-to-month Rental Purchase Agreement. You can terminate at any time. Just call us at 270-804-7501 and the unit will be scheduled for pickup. Trailers could be returned to the nearest dealer in our network.

No, there are no refunds available, as this is a month-to-month rental agreement. The money you pay to us each month is rent.

To move a unit to another location, contact our office with the new address. Moving must be done by an authorized hauling company. We will contact the hauler and authorize them to move the unit for you. You are responsible for all the costs of moving the unit. Trailers would only require you to notify us of change of address.

Since your rental purchase agreement is on a month-to-month basis, we do not report payment information to credit agencies. Credit reports are not requested or reviewed to determine eligibility.

However, if your account is delinquent and you have not made payment arrangements, your account may be turned over to a third-party collection agency as a last resort. This could adversely affect your credit. If you are struggling to make payments, we are here to help. We strongly believe in providing you a route to ownership for your unit. You will be required to pay money at the signing and/or the delivery/install. Upcoming payments are typically due 30-days from the delivery/install.

**If the delivery is delayed due to the fault of the customer, payments could start coming due 30-days from the manufacturer attempting the delivery/install.**

Mail (cashier's check, money order, check, etc.), phone, web, and auto pay.

Rent to own is not available for Oklahoma (lease to own only).
